The menu features Snapper Crudo or Beef Carpaccio to start, followed by House-made Potato Gnocchi with garlic prawns or Hudson Valley Foie Gras. Entrées include Chilean Sea Bass with oysters and caviar beurre blanc or tender Short Rib with pomme purée.
