Blue Cactus X The Montvales

The Montvales, Blue Cactus, Eddie's Attic - It's duos night with two acoustic based folk/pop women singer/songwriters. The East Tennessee-bred, Cincinnati-based Montvales, working under a singular name like the Indigo Girls, plays music similar to the IGs, but slightly more country and pop oriented. Their harmonies float as effortlessly as the songs on their new album Path of Totality, written during the 2024 solar eclipse. Critically acclaimed (check their webpage for proof) North Carolina couple Blue Cactus is another twosome, this one fronted by the sweetly potent voice of Steph Stewart whose music is more ethereal and ghostly than the headliner's.
