Trattoria Lucia Sets the Table For Its First Wine Pairing Dinner

Trattoria Lucia will host its first wine dinner on Monday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m. The Glenwood Park restaurant will present a five-course tasting menu with regional Italian pairings. The evening begins with artichoke hearts and fig with a prosciutto alongside Medici Ermete "Concerto" Reggiano Lambrusco DOC. Courses follow with a jalapeño cilantro strawberrt hamachi paired with Benantu Etna Bianco DOC; ricotta ravioli in sage brown butter with Castello di Volpaia Chianti Classico DOCG; chilled branzino with orange gin and Calabrian aioli matched with Masj Fresco di Masi Rosso Verona IGT; and braised short rib with parmesan polenta alongside Travaglini Gattinara DOCG.
