Dasher the Band is Max and Laela Dasher, a brother-and-sister duo rooted in the heart of Appalachia, from Black Mountain, North Carolina.

Raised between Northeast Louisiana and the Blue Ridge Mountains, their sound blends bayou soul with Appalachian storytelling. Screened-in porch summer nights, bluegrass ballads, and a cappella church harmonies shaped the foundation of their music — where voices were the only instruments needed.

Their songs weave Louisiana roots with mountain tradition, creating something that feels both deeply familiar and refreshingly new.
