Dr. Ernest William "Bill" Ogram Jr. (1923–1999) was the founding director of GSU's Institute of International Business (IIB) and the founding editor of the Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS). Through the generous support of Rick Horder, a GSU alumnus and prominent environmental lawyer, the IIB is pleased to host Professor Gibson as this year's Ogram Distinguished Global Scholar.
