Formed in 2021, the Tyshawn Sorey Trio has quickly become one of the most vital voices in modern jazz, releasing three critically acclaimed albums in Mesmerism, Continuing, and The Susceptible Now. Pulitzer Prize-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist Tyshawn Sorey leads the powerhouse trio, which also features Grammy Award-nominated pianist Aaron Diehl and acclaimed bassist Harish Raghavan — a collaboration The New York Times has hailed as “stunning.”

Their sound artfully flows through a range of musical styles and moods as they perform original compositions to reimagined versions of the American Songbook. Coming off a celebrated run at the Village Vanguard and tour stops across the U.S. and Europe, the trio brings a fresh and emotionally charged perspective to the jazz repertoire, thrilling audiences with every performance.
