Cardio Dance returns to Midtown! Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly outdoor workout packed with great music, movement, and community vibes

Led by Dawn Peck, an AFAA-certified instructor known for her uplifting and inclusive classes, each session blends Zumba, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Reggae, Reggaeton, and more to keep your heart pumping and your body moving. 

Plus, April is the American Heart Association’s Move More Month and National African American Women’s Fitness Month, making it the perfect time to jumpstart (or continue) your wellness journey in community. 

Stick around after class for complimentary snacks and time to cool down with fellow participants.
