At Zephyr, Executive Chef Carelys Vazquez presents an elevated brunch menu rooted in seasonal Southern flavors, featuring dishes like Georgia hoecakes with tomato jam and guanciale, roasted Green Circle chicken with pomme purée and cipollini, and a dessert cart with housemade carrot cake, lemon meringue pie, and strawberry basil cream puffs. The festive beverage program by GM Thandi Walton includes a Mimosa Tree with classic and pineapple options, alongside cocktails like the Orchard Spritz, Elderflower Bunny, and Easter Smash.
