Service @ Seven is an intimate, communal dining experience hosted by HE COOKS®, with Volume 02 taking place at a hidden location in Atlanta's Cabbagetown neighborhood. Gathered around a single table, an intimate group of strangers will experience a completely unique, multi-course blind-tasting menu served once and never repeated. While exact dishes remain unrevealed until they hit the table, past HE COOKS® menus have featured courses like Fried Jalapeño Cornbread, Blistered Heart of Palm Salad, and Chorizo Mushroom Hash. The evening is designed around intentional curation, from the menu progression to the environment itself.
