A$AP Rocky, State Farm Arena - Eight years separate A$AP Rocky's third studio album, "Testing," and his fourth and most recent album, "Don't Be Dumb." It would be an understatement to say a lot has changed for the famously adventurous and experimental Harlem rapper. Most importantly, Rocky has started a family with Rihanna, one of the most beloved music stars on the planet, and together the couple has welcomed three children into the world. During that time span, he has also had headline-worthy legal troubles in Sweden and Los Angeles, starred in multiple feature films (2025's "If I Had Legs I'd Kick You" and "Highest 2 Lowest" are both worth a watch), and played a key role in hip-hop's most critical beefs in decades. Throughout it all, though, A$AP Rocky has stayed true to his craft, and this year's "Don't Be Dumb" - while admittedly not a personal favorite of mine within his discography- arrived to plenty of fanfare. That being said, even if you haven't fully gotten into the album, you should get tickets to his State Farm Arena show this month, because the Harlem multi-hyphenate thrives the most with visual and performance art. His Injured Generation Tour in support of "Testing" back in 2019 was a treat, and if his already-released "Don't Be Dumb" visuals are any indicator, his tour this summer should just as impressive. - joshua robinson
