Following two sold-out installments, we return with an underground, multi-course blind tasting designed for radical presence. This is curated architecture; every element—from scent and lighting to a hand-picked soundscape—is engineered for focus.

Our "Leave No Trace" philosophy utilizes existing infrastructure, featuring plates and cutlery upcycled from Habitat for Humanity. Volume 03 explores the transition into summer abundance with cooling, invigorating flavor profiles. We’ve partnered with My Friend’s Bottle Shop for curated beverage selections that harmonize with the mystery menu.

The chef personally cooks and serves every guest, ensuring the experience remains intimate and unpretentious.
