Joining is an easy and fun way to move your body, get outside, and stay consistent without it feeling like a workout. How Do You Join?!
Create your own team (as a captain) and invite your friends to join your team OR sign up as an individual (free agent) to get added to a team and make new friends.

We accept groups of all sizes, but 4 players (including at least 2 females) is the minimum required for a full roster or free agents may be added.
