By popular demand, Ceviche Sessions returns to Tio Lucho’s with the next installment set for May 20, 2026, continuing the restaurant’s interactive, chef-led seafood dinner series. This intimate dining experience places seafood front and center, with Owner and Executive Chef Arnaldo Castillo breaking down the catch of the day tableside. The evening begins with a whole fish breakdown, and from there, guests enjoy a main course featuring the chef’s choice of preparation—grilled, fried, or braised—paired with organic jasmine rice and seasonal sides. Each guest is welcomed with a hand-selected glass of wine.
