The Natti Love Joys have been electrifying audiences with their dynamic reggae performances, opening for legendary artists like Joan Jett, Three Dog Night, The Band, The Clash, The Ramones, Psychedelic Furs, Debbie Gibson, Jimmy Cliff, and more. Known for their energetic stage presence, the band has brought their unique sound to countless venues and festivals across the country.
They’ve performed at high-profile events like the Riverbend Festival in Chattanooga, TN, alongside Joan Jett and Widespread Panic, and were featured as the “Band of the Day” on Channel 9 News’ This & That show in Chattanooga. The group also headlined festivals such as Dollywood Splash Country, the International Kite Festival in Atlanta, AthFest in Athens, GA, and many others across the East Coast.
The Natti Love Joys are the proud hosts of Camp Reggae, an annual music festival in Tennessee that celebrates reggae music and community. Their performances blend top 20 hits in reggae style, Bob Marley classics, and original songs from their albums All I Can Say, Universal Mind,Thingz, and Orchestrata alongside tracks from Sonia Abel-Allen’s former group, Love Joys.
Sonia Abel-Allen, the band’s lead singer and keyboardist, is originally from London and was the lead vocalist of the iconic lovers rock reggae group Love Joys. Her song “All I Can Say” was even featured in the Xbox game Saint’s Row.Earlier this year Big X Tha Plug Ft.Yung Hood (Havin Freestyle)sampled her song Called All I Can Say,Dj Khalid recently sampled another of her songs called Gimme Back on his Hot Shot song.Tony Allen, bassist and vocalist, is a Kingston native and former bassist for The Congos.
