Following three sold-out installments, we return with an underground, multi-course blind tasting designed for radical presence. This is curated architecture; every element from scent and lighting to a hand-picked soundscape is engineered for focus.Our "Leave No Trace" philosophy utilizes existing infrastructure, featuring plates and cutlery upcycled from Habitat for Humanity.

Volume 04 explores the razor's edge before decay. We are building the menu around the concept of hyper-ripened fruit, pushing the aggressive, heavy sugars of summer to their absolute limit on the plate. We have partnered with My Friend’s Bottle Shop for curated beverage selections that harmonize with the mystery menu.

The chef personally cooks and serves every guest, ensuring the experience remains intimate and unpretentious.
