Mindful Mondays : A Night of Breathwork, Kirtan & Mindfulness Meditation

Escape the summer rush and step into a space of profound presence. Join us for a unique, large-scale community gathering dedicated to deep mindfulness, sacred sound, and inner peace.
The Flow of the Evening:
1. Grounding Breathwork (Pranayama): We will begin by calming the nervous system with simple, restorative breathing techniques. This helps release the mental clutter of the day and drops you gently into your body.
2. Heart-Opening Kirtan: Transitioning from breath to sound, we will experience the uplifting practice of kirtan—a form of call-and-response musical chanting. You don't need a "good" singing voice; it’s simply about using collective sound to naturally quiet the analytical mind.
3. Focused Mantra Meditation: To close the evening, we will take that vibrant energy inward. We will learn how to use a single, focal-word sound (a mantra) to anchor our attention, moving into a period of deep, silent clarity and stillness.
