The Jonathan Zalzman Experience: 8pm
Jonathan Zalzman began playing guitar at age 13 after seeing Buckethead performing at the Masquerade in Atlanta, GA and has pursued finding his own unique style and voice through the guitar ever since. Fueled by a love for shred guitar, funk, disco, jazz-fusion, progressive rock, hard rock, and heavy metal, he plays with an intense focus on explosive technicality while maintaining a meticulous feel for groove, rhythm, and taste.
Jonathan has performed in the Atlanta area for over a decade with various projects and artists and is currently the leader of Progressive Jamtronica project Free Hat, as well as lead guitarist for Phish-Tribute Cadillac Rainbows, and regularly appears with Atlanta jam collective BadAsh Allstar Team. He now adds a new chapter to his musical story by founding The Jonathan Zalzman Experience, a new project focused on saluting music from a wide variety of styles and genres that spark his passion.
Rizzo G.U.N.: 8:45pm
Rizzo G.U.N. is an Atlanta based artist re-emerging with an alternative rock direction rooted in the spirit of rock & roll. Raw energy, individuality, and live performance at its core. A first-generation Caribbean American, he built his foundation performing across major U.S. cities and international festival stages before further developing his stage presence as a member in Guardians of the Jukebox. While this new chapter brings his rock influences into sharper focus, the spirit behind it has long been a part of his artistry. Making this evolution feel less like reinvention and more like a natural progression.
