Design, Rhythm & Mark Making

Join Atlanta artists Anami Hayes and Marcus Valentino for an interactive evening of music, illustration, and experimental mark making. Through live soundscapes, creative prompts, and hands-on exercises, participants will explore how rhythm, color, texture, and movement can shape visual expression. Inspired by animation, sonic storytelling, and collaborative art making, this workshop invites guests to loosen up, experiment freely, and discover new ways of translating emotion and atmosphere into form. Participants will create both individual and collaborative works while engaging with design as a tool for communication, identity, and cultural storytelling.
