Under Pressure Takes Over Bar Avize for a Saturday Wine Pop-Up Series

Bar Avize welcomes Under Pressure Wine Bar to West Midtown on Saturday, Aug. 8, as part of a weekly wine pop-up series. Happening every Saturday throughout August from 6 to 10 p.m., guests can explore sparkling wines and discovery finds selected by Juan Fernando Cortes and Adam Berlin, along with special dishes curated by Chef Karl Gorline and the Bar Avize team. Bar Avize’s full wine list will also be offered throughout the evening. Captain Mudfish will provide live vinyl DJ sets each Saturday, creating the soundtrack for the five-week series. Under Pressure will return to Bar Avize on Aug. 15, 22 and 29. Reservations are highly encouraged through the “Under Pressure Experience” on Bar Avize’s OpenTable page. The patio and lounge areas will be held for walk-in guests, weather permitting.
