Houndmouth, Tobacco Road, The Tabernacle - This Indiana-based Americana indie rock quartet has been releasing quality music, organically combining folk, pop and rock, for over a decade. They shifted from a more rootsy style to a slicker pop one about halfway through, but still write rugged indie rockers with enough organic influences poking out of the edges to attract a more earthy audience. You'll get plenty of music from a solid new release, Lordy, their fifth and first in five years. It leans to a more Americana side, the one that made "Sedona" their most streamed tune by a wide margin. - Hal Horowitz
