Georgia Latino International Film Festival Quinceañera
From the venue:
For 15 years, the Georgia Latino International Film Festival (GALIFF) has been Atlanta's home for Afro-Latino cinema, and this year, we're throwing ourselves a quinceañera. Five days of film, community, and culture honor Mexico as our 2026 Country of Honor during Hispanic Heritage Month.
It opens September 30 with a red carpet at the historic Fox Theatre and an Opening Ceremony honoring this year's Changemaker Award recipients. Industry Day brings panels on producing and distributing Latino film, plus a casting roundtable. Short Film Day spotlights emerging voices through the Nuevas Voces and Frontera Stories blocks. Narrative features include Till Jail Do Us Part, a Puerto Rican crime-romance comedy. The festival closes with a panel on the future of Latino cinema, an Awards Gala, and one last night of salsa and celebration.
Come see why Atlanta's Latino film festival is still telling the stories no one else is.
