Join Susana Butler & Easy Living as they return to the Academy Theater cabaret stage to celebrate à la française the music of New Orleans and Paris. With a velvety, smoky vocal style and an ear for the poetic, jazz vocalist Susana Butler will enchant you, whether singing a sultry French chanson, an up-tempo Latin groove, or a Louis Armstrong classic.  Her band, Easy Living, features some of Atlanta’s top talent. Matt Wauchope’s keys jump with a New Orleans jazz and boogie woogie vibe, while weaving melodies with the virtuosic Micah Cadwell on guitar, the ever-inventive Craig “Shawbox” Shaw on upright bass, and the grooving, tasteful Steve McCraw on drums.
