American Ballet Theatre Studio Company, the junior company of American Ballet Theatre, features rising ballet stars from around the world. The ensemble performs a mix of classical, neoclassical, and contemporary works. These talented young dancers are prepared to join leading companies worldwide. Their performances highlight technical excellence and artistic versatility. From a 2006 act of Congress, American Ballet Theatre is designated America’s National Ballet Company, considered one of the world’s greatest dance companies, revered as a living national treasure since its founding in 1939. Touring and performing nationally for 300,000 each year, The Company also embarked on over 30 international tours to 45 countries to share American ballet with the world.
