To celebrate spooky season and raise funds for rescue, the Georgia Peach Pug Rescue (GPPR) invites the public to PUG-O-WEEN! This family-friendly fundraiser takes place on Saturday, October 10, from noon to 5 p.m., at Pontoon Brewing, 8601 Dunwoody Place, Building 500. The event offers free entry and is open to all breeds of dogs. In addition to costume contests, trick-or-treating, fortune telling, and The Boneyard, PUG-O-WEEN features vendors a plenty serving up everything from food and drinks—including proprietary brews from Pontoon—to toys and treats. Vendors offer clothing, jewelry, handmade art, stuffed animals, collectibles and much more, geared toward both two-legged and four-legged friends. As for the fundraising, there is a pug store, a silent auction and several raffles, with all proceeds benefitting the charity. Other activities at the event include pug races, keepsake craft creation, and the crowning of the Pugkin Royalty (Queen and King).PUG-O-WEEN | 10/10/2026 4:00 PM
