ENZO Midtown Serves Up a First Taste with The Art of Pasta Making Class

Before ENZO Steakhouse & Bar opens its Midtown location this winter, Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio hosts The Art of Pasta Making at Epicurean Atlanta's Epicurean Theatre on Friday, October 9, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Guests learn the technique behind two fresh pasta dishes: tagliatelle with Bolognese and béchamel, and radiatori alla vodka with burrata. The class begins with charcuterie and a welcome spritz, features wine pairings with each course, and concludes with tiramisu.

Tickets are $85 per person at epicureanhotelatlanta.com or the front desk. The event is 21+; the price includes gratuity. Tax is added at checkout, and complimentary two-hour valet validation is provided.
