Manic Wave at Vinyl

From the venue:

Manic Wave Manic Wave isn’t just a band. We are a voice for the anxious, the disillusioned, and the emotionally raw. Born in Atlanta in 2024, our sound fuses indie rock, alternative grit, and ambient experimentation, where lyrics bleed vulnerability and every note feels like a confession. Our music is for those navigating heartbreak, mental health struggles, and the beautiful chaos of feeling too much in a world that numbs. George’s lyricism draws from a lifetime of wrestling with bipolar disorder, autism, epilepsy, and heartbreak, turning pain into poetry. Drawing inspiration from artists like Radiohead, Gorillaz, Twenty One Pilots, Modest Mouse, and Bright Eyes, Manic Wave balances moody experimentation with raw emotional clarity. Their music exists in the spaces between noise and silence, capturing the weight of unspoken thoughts and turning vulnerability into something expansive, human, and quietly powerful. We’ve built our world from the studio floor up, every word, beat, and breakdown is ours. We are driven by purpose, and committed to creating experiences, not just songs.
