Nikkei cuisine brings together the flavors of Peru and the craft of Japan, balancing lime and ají with touches like soy and sesame. Build your own Nikkei ceviche step by step, paired with three sakes and a Nikka Whisky Sour. Tickets are $115 per person plus tax and gratuity, pairing included. Limited to 18 guests.
