El Cézar (aka C.ZAR), is an artist, producer and engineer from Maracaibo, Venezuela, and based in Atlanta, Georgia. El Cézar... began as a producer, (going under the alias, C.ZAR,) making a variety of different styles of beats ranging from Boom-bap to Trap, and Lofi to RnB. As a result of the journey, El Cézar began to write and record for other artists. This led to his new beginning as an artist.
