Mick Hayes

Mick Hayes is a seasoned singer, guitarist, and songwriter whose blues-rooted career spans decades and geographies, from his native Lackawanna, New York, to Atlanta and now Nashville. A full-time musician since his early twenties, Hayes has toured nationally, opened for acts like the Doobie Brothers and Peter Frampton, and released eleven albums of original material. His 2020 release My Claim to Fame was recorded at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, while his latest, LIES & LETDOWNS (2024), was produced by Joe Bonamassa and Josh Smith at Ocean Way Nashville and features an all-star lineup. The new album reflects Hayes' personal and artistic evolution, chronicling years of challenge, growth and creative renewal.
