Dead Vibes Ensemble

Dead Vibes Ensemble is a sludge and doom metal duo from Athens, Georgia, formed in 2018 by drummer Brian Head and bassist/vocalist Markus Shaffer. Influenced by bands like Weedeater and Eyehategod, they quickly made their live debut at the first Shadebeast Presents show and have since played across the Southeast, including the Snowblind Festival and Atlanta Doom Fest. Their debut album, What Devilry Is This, was self-released in early 2020, with plans for a follow-up and expanded touring in 2023.
