The Red White and Bacon (2019)

Our 4oz sirloin burger makes anyone proud to be ‘Merican! It’s nested in a creamy slice of American cheese, and topped with a slather of spicy pimento cheese. In comes the Angel’s Envy bacon jam, and for a crunch we fried up some onion straws and invited them to the party. And for all of the Burger Week veterans, we brought back our famous Spicy Pimento for a second round of taste bud knockouts!
