1.5 oz. of Basil Hayden
.50 oz. of lemon juice
.50 oz. of simple syrup
half muddled kiwi fruit
8 mint leaves
1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake, strain into rocks glass with muddled kiwi fruit at the bottom
Inspired by the joys of summer patio drinking, the Bantam Kiwi Sour pairs well with any number of Bantam Pub sandwiches on the menu. Such as, the hand patties, Lamb Burger, with crispy onion, tomato-mango marmalade and feta cheese.
