Inspiration for the cocktail: "This cocktail serves as an output for my take on a taste of what makes Atlanta Atlanta, in that I wanted to bring the ubiquitous flavors of ATL, and the state of Georgia really, together in one cocktail. The sweetness of the peach helps to balance out the spice in the oleo saccharum, combined with the smokiness of the scotch as a nod to when Sherman marched through here. Basil Hayden bourbon serves as a backbone to stand up against all these hooligans."
