2 oz. Jim Beam Pineapple Bourbon, 1 oz Aperol, .75 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1 oz. apple cinnamon syrup, 5 dashes of (red apples, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, sugar and water), Fee foam and garnished Angostura bitters, cinnamon and an apple wedge.
Food Pairing:
The Apple Cinnamon Sour pairs deliciously with Vickery's Bourbon Shrimp: Kentucky bourbon & tomato cream sauce with Cuban bread. Fried Macaroni & Cheese Fritters and/or Low Country Seafood Sauté with Shrimp, crabmeat, crawfish & andouille sausage sautéed in bourbon butter, southern style grits.
