The Hood Burger

The Hood Burger:

Two local, grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic-free beef patties topped with finely diced onions, then smashed and seared crisp, flipped, and topped with fine American cheese. Once melted, the juicy patties are stacked and stuffed between a buttery, toasted potato bun with our house-made hood sauce and bread-and-butter pickles.
