The Cook’s Warehouse - Decatur Sat., June 18, 2-5 p.m. Father’s Day Cook-Out on the Big Green Egg Spend Father’s Day behind the grill with dad mastering the sensation that is the Big Green Egg. Modeled after ancient cooking practices, the Big Green Egg can be used for grilling, smoking, and baking dishes such as sweet Hawaiian kabobs with pineapple and vegetables and mashed-style burgers with bacon and fry sauce. Dad-child duos will also make flavorful duck fat and sesame french fries and charred corn and goat cheese slaw — cap off the afternoon with beer-spiked milk shakes. Details

Cibo e Beve Sun., June 19, 12-3 p.m. Father’s Day Event: Make Pizza with Dad Celebrate Father’s day the Cibo way with a pizza lesson that includes a personal pizza, and your choice of two glasses of Italian beer or wine for those who are 21+. There will also be a special steak menu—$25—from 5 p.m. to close that will offer a 10 oz. NY strip steak topped with a sauce of your choice from a delicious selection— and whipped or gratin potatoes and Italian creamed spinach or broccolini. Details

ONE. Midtown Kitchen Sun., June 19, 5:30 p.m.-10 p.m. A Pig N’ Whiskey Dinner for Dad ONE. Midtown Kitchen is referring to their father’s day event as “a pig n’ whiskey good time.” A little bit uh’ pig, and a little bit uh’ whiskey. Along with daily menu options, the special menu of the night highlights a whole pig roast, provided by local Georgia farm Grassroots, which will be roasted over hickory and white oak. $35 plates include a half pound of pork and four sides. To add to the fun, there will be $20 whiskey flights and a $3 beer selection to choose from. Details

Southern Art & Bourbon Bar Sun., June 19, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Father’s Day BBQ Celebration If your dad is a BBQ-eatin’ kind of man, treat him to an afternoon filled with a finger-lickin’ BBQ buffet brunch, live entertainment he can’t help but groove to, a comfortable open-air patio, gift giveaways for dad, and more. Milton’s Cuisine and Cocktails Sun., June 19, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Father’s Day at Milton’s Executive chef Derek Dollar has prepared a special prix fixe brunch menu for Father’s Day. Entrees range from chicken and waffles with strawberry-basil butter, eggs benedict with creamy grits and basil-marinated filet mignon with truffle bacon hollandaise. Milton’s will also be featuring a special dinner menu offering Cajun-smoked prime rib and a Big City Swine bacon-infused bourbon cocktail. Details

Old Vining Inn Sun., June 19, 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Father’s Day Feast Old Vinings Inn will be offering a savory buffet that’ll satisfy the whole family. The buffet menu will include a carving board appetizer along with hot and cold bar items such as shrimp and grits, creole beer broth chicken, cocktail shrimp, and Bloody Mary horseradish redskin potato salad.
