1.5 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon, .75 oz. Peach syrup, fresh Jalapeno, .25 oz. honey, 1 oz. lime juice. Muddle fresh jalapenos, add ice, bourbon and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with BBQ tajin rub rim and dried lime.
1.5 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon, 1 oz. Creme de Mure, .75 oz. lemon juice, .75 oz. simple syrup, fresh mint garnish. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and give a hard shake. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with fresh mint.
