In last week’s CL music news column it was reported that Full Moon Records is going out of business in December. At the time the story was filed it was unclear as to how much longer the store would remain open. According to owner Ted Selke, Full Moon will stay open on Fridays and Saturdays from noon till 7 p.m. through December. After December the store will be gone forever.

The seasonal shopping blitz is on, so get in and pay your respects to a damn fine shop and CL's 2008 Best of Atlanta winner for "Best Vinyl From Another Era." Everything in the store is currently 20 percent off.

In the meantime, Selke is wrapping up work on the Seventh Ring of Saturn's second album, Ormythology. You can listen to all eight tracks as they come together at the group's website. New mixes are being added as they are completed, and it's all dedicated to the memory of the group's former singer and synth player Jeremy Knauff, who died in 2012.
