How long have you been in Atlanta? Since 1985.

What genre do you usually spin? House and techno, and a little late night groove and jazz.
Who are some of your major influences as a DJ? Why?
Detroit, old European techno, old breakbeat and hip-hop, classic garage house.
What artists do you most admire? Why?
Mad Mike, Luke Vibert, Swag crew, Joe Clausell, Wave Crew, The Dub Duo from Italy, Detroit Crew, Some West coast stuff and Swedesh techno Stuff like Adam Beyer, Marco Carolla, Gaeteno Parisio and stuff like that.
What qualities do you think make for a successful DJ?
Shear longevity and being in club and party situations for almost nine years. My clean and precise mixing style.
Do you have any pet peeves as a DJ?
Lack of respect where it is due.
What do you like about the Atlanta scene?
Multiple styles of electronica. People appreciate the music.
What do you think the Atlanta/DJ scene needs?
More unity and communication within the DJs.
Where do you see the Atlanta scene headed?
Hopefully forward...Atlanta has some of the best DJs and producers in the states. Go hear them.
