Police were called for a disturbance on Mathewson Street. When an officer arrived, he found a 46-year-old Atlanta man who was extremely intoxicated. The man said he got into a fight with his neighbor who had just stolen his hedge clippers. The drunken man then went into his house to put on a shirt and to yell obscenities at his family.

When the man emerged from his house, he told the officer, "Just between you and me, as soon as you leave I'm going to get on top of the roof and fuck him all up again." Then he pretended to point a gun at the neighbor and yelled, "Bam! Bam! Bam!" The man was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated. The man with the hedge clippers could not be found.

A police officer received a signal from a LoJack, indicating that a stolen vehicle was nearby. The officer followed the signal and spotted a 1993 Chevy Suburban driving on I-285. The officer confirmed that the car was stolen and called for backup before pursuing the vehicle.

The officer turned on his lights and siren and the Suburban sped up and tried to lose the policeman. The driver got off the highway and onto Campbell Drive, where one of the passengers jumped out of the vehicle and was dragged down the road. The Suburban then drove over a hill and crashed into a fence. Three passengers ran out of the vehicle. Two were caught and arrested.

An off-duty police officer saw a man lean out of the passenger window of a Chevy Caprice and fire several shots in the air near a group of pedestrians on Peachtree Street. The officer radioed in a description of the vehicle as it sped away. Police spotted the car at the intersection of Peachtree and 10th streets. Officers drew their weapons and ordered the passengers out of the car at gunpoint.

The driver and passenger were handcuffed and placed under arrest. The driver, a 20-year-old Austell man, was searched and a handgun was found in his waistband. He told police the gun was actually the passenger's, who handed it to him after firing the weapon. The passenger, a 22-year-old Powder Springs man, concurred. He later explained to police that he shot the weapon "not because I'm high or nothing, I just don't give a fuck; that's the kind of nigger I am."

The driver was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a license. The passenger was charged with reckless conduct, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and discharging a weapon near a public street.

A 43-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint on Springdale Road. When the robber got in his vehicle to drive away, he noticed that his victim was writing down his license plate number. The robber told the man that if he wrote down his license plate number he'd kill him. Then he hit the man with a stick.

A couple was arguing in their apartment. The 26-year-old man told his girlfriend that if she didn't stop talking he would beat her. The man took off his belt, but his 32-year-old girlfriend grabbed it away from him. He went to his closet, got another belt and beat the woman. She tried to call the police, but he grabbed the phone and smashed it.

When police arrived, the man had fled the scene. Police found the man nearby and he was arrested for battery and interference with a 911 call.

A 39-year-old woman was walking across Fisher Road in an apartment complex when she fell and hit her head on the pavement. A police officer and neighbors rushed over to help the woman, but she began to fight with them and yelled obscenities at them despite the fact that she was unable to gather enough strength to stand up.

The woman kept struggling to get up and repeatedly banged her head on the pavement. The officer called an ambulance, but the woman fought with the paramedics as well. When the officer told the woman that they would leave her alone, she yelled, "Bitches, what are you looking at?! Stop looking at me, bitches!" The woman was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.??
