The 40-year-old said he had several businesses and asked the man if he wanted to earn some extra money by working for his cleaning service. The 40-year-old also explained that he was bisexual. According to the 40-year-old, the man got angry and said, "Motherfucker what? Don't you know I will kill you? I will fuck you up. Don't talk to me like that." The father said sometimes he is locked in the house by himself and cannot get out. The father said when he comes home from daycare on the bus, no one is at home to let him in the house. The daughter didn't want her father arrested; instead, she wanted her father taken to the psychiatric ward at Grady Hospital. She said she no longer wants her father to live with her. The officer said that since the father had lived with the daughter for four months, the daughter needed to contact the DeKalb Sheriff's Department to have him evicted. The father didn't want to go to the psychiatric ward at Grady. "After interviewing him, he appeared mentally competent," wrote the officer. The father was picked up by his other daughter and taken to her house.
