WEEKEND OF WINE — Tickets are now on sale for Wine South 2004, Atlanta's fifth annual festival of food, wine, art and music. The event is Sat.-Sun., Sept. 18-19, at Gwinnett Center. Festival hours are 12:30-5:30 p.m. both days. Tickets are $50 a day or $95 for a weekend pass in advance, or $60 and $110 at the door. ACROSS THE ATLANTIC — Atlantic Wine will host a tasting that focuses on the wines of Italy and the south of France Sept. 23, 6:30-8 p.m. The tasting will be held at The Pavillion, 3880 Roswell Road, located in the Outback Steakhouse shopping center just south of Atlantic Wine.
