St. Patrick's Day 2013
The 131st Saint Patrick's Day Parade took place in downtown Atlanta Saturday afternoon. There were dancers, clowns, bagpipes, marching bands, alpacas, city officials, and a gigantic walking Irish flag. St. Patrick himself showed up as a five-story balloon reminiscent of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. Atlantans lined the streets in their best holiday green.
