Sometimes trailers for new seasons of existing TV shows simply re-edit previous footage and add a new soundtrack. In advance of “Boardwalk Empire’s” second season, debuting in late September, HBO releases a terrific, nightmarish teaser that features Steve Buscemi’s Nucky Thompson and seemingly the entire supporting cast, all at their most sinister. It’s especially fun to to see Jack Huston’s masked Richard Harrow again.
