  • HELP ON WHEELS: Thanks to #DoGoodATL, Sopo's mobile repair trailer is up and running.

The folks behind the Sopo-Gateway project that's helping homeless Atlantans earn free bikes have another reason to celebrate. Thanks to the #DoGoodATL campaign reaching its project goal earlier this year, bike racks were installed at the Gateway Center, and last but certainly not least, Sopo's mobile bike repair trailer is up and running on the city streets.

Project Coordinator Patrick Davis was kind enough to send over a couple images of the mobile bike trailer's early stages. The above photo comes from the trailer's official debut in Grant Park for the Georgia Cyclocross, and the following shot is from a King of Pops event back in August.

The mobile bike repair trailer's hitting the road means that's a wrap for this #DoGoodATL project. Thanks to each and every one of you that donated and took the time to share this story. In the meantime, you can nominate an idea for your neighborhood as a future Do Good project.
