A Crime Stoppers tip about the getaway car seen in surveillance footage led authorities to a suspect behind the shooting of construction worker Josh Richey in a Kroger parking lot on Ponce. Police arrested the suspect, 25-year-old Damarius Thompson, inside the Popeyes Restaurant where he was eating lunch.
?The students and staff of Bunche Middle School in northwest Atlanta may have been exposed to tuberculosis when a patient with an active case was present in the building. Fulton County and Atlanta Public Schools will conduct testing.
