A Crime Stoppers tip about the getaway car seen in surveillance footage led authorities to a suspect behind the shooting of construction worker Josh Richey in a Kroger parking lot on Ponce. Police arrested the suspect, 25-year-old Damarius Thompson, inside the Popeyes Restaurant where he was eating lunch.
