Meet Pickens County Superior Court Judge Brenda Weaver. She threw a small newspaper publisher and his attorney in jail for essentially filing an Open Records request. Local journalism groups have condemned Weaver’s conduct and want the state Attorney General Sam Olens to weigh in on the issue.
