Omnivore - A light meal at Sauced
Black radishes, fennel and chive flowers
We dined at Sauced last Friday. I wasn't feeling very hungry so I ordered only this excellent salad special (and a couple of biscuits). The salad featured mainly locally-sourced ingredients, including black radishes, fennel, chive flowers, cubes of cheddar cheese and mixed greens, all lightly tossed in a fig vinaigrette.
I wish more restaurants provided options like this.
