My friend Rose and I visited Gu’s Bistro for lunch Tuesday. The Sichuan restaurant has received newly-renewed attention since Peter Chang fled our city again.

First, a warning: You may want to ask for the lunch menu. We were not given one and spent over $35 for one entree and two smaller dishes. However, if you do order off the lunch menu, know that most of the dishes are Americanized to some extent, according to the manager.
