Sister concepts Article 14 and Olmsted, both located at 1180 Peachtree St., closed on Feb. 27 after almost four years of business, according to What Now Atlanta.

Veteran Atlanta chef and restaurateur Tom Catherall is looking to expand his empire with a new restaurant in The Shops Buckhead Atlanta. Catherall is among those vying for the former American Food and Beverage space, according to Tomorrow’s News Today. Catherall recently launched his comeback from the demise of Here 2 Serve Restaurants empire with Tom Tom, his original concept from two decades ago.

Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q and SweetWater Brewery are assembling local and national pitmasters and guest chefs at SweetWater’s Armour Circle Brewery on Sun., March 20, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Que & Brew for a Cause will raise funds for Fox Bros.’s Cynthia Montoya medical expenses as she battles cancer.

Atlanta ice cream and dessert diva Cora Cotrim, a.k.a. the Queen of Cream, will once again have her frozen dairy treat carts at local farmers markets, including the new Wednesday night Peachtree Road Farmer’s Market and Piedmont Park’s Saturday morning Green Market.

Restaurant Eugene’s former culinary director Jason Paolini will be top toque at Linton’s In The Garden when it opens at the Atlanta Botanical Garden this spring. The news follows Chris Edwards’s transition from Holeman & Finch to Restaurant Eugene. Linton Hopkins’s latest venture – Atlanta Botanical Garden’s first full-service restaurant – will feature “garden to table” cuisine in space that boasts large windows and views of the garden.
